The AI Readiness Self-Audit

Eight questions. Eight dimensions. Every “no” is a gap.

Most companies buy the AI tool and skip everything around it. But the tool is one of eight dimensions of readiness — and the other seven are where AI adoption actually succeeds or fails. Answer honestly.

    Is there a written rule for where AI can and cannot be used?

Reading it

0–2 no’s — you’re ahead of most. Close the gaps and scale.   3–5 — the tool isn’t your problem; the readiness around it is.   6+ — you’re buying AI without the org to employ it.
